Local brews, local spirits, and reggae music by will be plentiful. The evening is a prelude of what to expect and offers tastings of local Caribbean fare and libations, including local craft beer, cider, and artisan beverages as well as local and international spirits, cocktail demos, and food pairing demos. Jerk bites will be included in the ticket price. Hot sauces, and other specialty foods will be for sale and we will feature selected craft vendors.
